35 minutes on Wii Fit today :)
Well today has gone rather smoothly. Earlier in the afternoon I played on a new wii game - Big Beach Sports with my boyfriend and we had a great laugh playing frisbie golf and cricket. That’s one thing that the wii is missing - a decent cricket game!
Anyway that kept me on my feet for a good 30 or 40 minutes and this evening I decided when he left for his stag party weekend (not our wedding… but god i’m dreading this weekend!) that I would go on wii fit for a while. I started with the beginners hula hooping followed by super hooping for 3 minutes. I then gave the boxing another go and managed to unlock the advanced routine which I also completed albeit a little out of sync! Afterwards I decided to give the jogging a go as I think this will be the most beneficial of all cardio aerobic wii fit games.
Firstly I did the short course and then being brave I thought what the heck I’ll try an island lap! I jogged on the spot and around my bedroom for 10 minutes continuously! How amazing is that?

I can’t seem to get the jogging down. :/ Living in an apartment above someone makes me a little hesitant to practice it. For me the Hula Hoop is probably the best aerobic exercise, at least in terms of heart rate.
