Disaster Strikes
I was doing so well in my weight loss / fitness regime and finally getting into a routine when disaster struck! On Friday morning I weighed myself for my weekly weigh in and I have lost 3lbs. I was so happy I jumped straight into a workout consisting of a 10 minute warm up on the wii fit doing hula hooping and the boxing. Afterwards I did 40 minutes of strength training using dumbbells and performing various muscle exercises on the wii fit along with lots of sit ups. I decided I would do 20 minutes free jogging to really push myself as jogging isn’t something I thought I could do.
Fifteen minutes into the jogging and I trip up over a dumbbell and am in extreme pain. My ankle and foot are black and I can’t put that much pressure on them - I have broken some of the bones in my foot! So no more exercise for me for a week or two
I had jogged 3 miles too!! How impressive is that!
